10 communication tips for women

There are some communication challenges that disproportionately affect women vis-à-vis men. Forbes magazine wrote years ago that six of those challenges include: a reluctance to take credit for their accomplishments, taking things personally, negotiating effectively for what they deserve, challenging power, obtaining sponsors who can influence their career growth, and project self-confidence and a powerful presence.
